Cooperation with aberton yachts ensures technical and creative freedom for any client’s project implementation.
The most important thing is to listen to the wishes of the future Owner: the presumed budget for construction and yearly maintenance, number of guests, region of journeys, number of would-be days on board, design concept, extent of customization and terms of delivery.
Then we develop several alternative projects of different models and shipyards that comply to the budget and delivery terms. After the project is chosen it has to be elaborated up to the finest detail. If the project is a totally customized solution, the terms of elaborating the project and its finalization last from 2 weeks up to a month. After the contract for construction is negotiated and signed, the project begins with the hull.
Throughout the whole period of construction our company keeps control of every stage and provides regular reports on the work in progress. Our surveyors visit the shipyard for mid-term inspections and corrections. The future Owner can insert some changes even at this stage, yet understanding that it can cause some delay in delivery.
The first sea trial is made together with the first launch and the subsequent trials are performed while the processes of interior installation takes place already on water. At every stage snagging lists are filled in and exact terms for final corrections set up. After our surveyors have accepted the yacht up to the last inch, she is delivered for acceptance to the representative of Client.
We carry out an audit of the project proposed by the shipyard and/or the naval architect, and we ensure the regular presence of surveyors in production.
