An Italian Superyacht Empire
The Italian Sea Group is one of Italy’s leading shipbuilding groups, bringing together the prestigious Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi and Picchiotti brands. Its shipbuilding heritage reaches back centuries, with Picchiotti tracing its origins to 1575. Today, the group specialises in motor and sailing superyachts exceeding 100 metres, as well as complex refit projects.Four Brands, Four Distinct Philosophies
Each brand has its own identity. Admiral focuses on large custom superyachts, Tecnomar on high-performance yachts with striking designs, Perini Navi on luxury sailing yachts, and Picchiotti on traditional Italian craftsmanship. Landmark projects include the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, developed with Automobili Lamborghini, and the 72-metre Admiral Giorgio Armani, designed in collaboration with the renowned fashion designer. In 2026, the Perini Navi Katana received a special jury award at the World Superyacht Awards. The group’s distinctive advantage lies in combining the expertise of four prestigious brands with in-house engineering and extensive customisation.Production Facilities and Technology
The Italian Sea Group’s production infrastructure covers approximately 224,000 square metres across Marina di Carrara, La Spezia and Viareggio. Its facilities include 18 covered construction halls, two dry docks and dedicated metalworking, carpentry and interior outfitting departments. Development priorities include the Admiral Panorama and Picchiotti Gentleman semi-custom series, large-scale custom yacht construction and advanced refit capabilities. An integrated engineering centre enables the group to execute highly complex projects while reducing dependence on external subcontractors.
