The largest shipyard in the United Arab Emirates Gulf Craft revealed its new Nomad 95 SUV explorer in Europe at the Monaco Yacht Show 2019. Until recently, the Nomad range consisted of conventional 55-75-foot mid-size flybridge yachts, then the new SUV collection joined them (Sport Utility Vessel) with Nomad 65 and 75 SUV models, and now with the 30-meter 95 SUV flagship.
Regardless of size, all yachts of the Gulf Craft SUV collection feature a master cabin on the main deck with panoramic view, a wheelhouse on the upper deck and an enclosed flybridge - sky lounge. Made of composite materials such as kevlar and carbon fibre, the yachts are light strong and fuel efficient, suitable for installation of the latest solar panels on board to constantly charge batteries, providing enough power to run all the on-board systems at night. The new Nomad 95 SUV falls under the Category A "Ocean" Certification and meets Bureau Veritas Commercial Charter requirements. An additional interesting feature of the yacht is a huge garage, providing enough space for a huge tender and lots of water toys, which makes the yacht ideal for charter operations or longer cruises.

On top of this, Gulf Craft revealed in Monaco its plans to build a 37-meter three-deck superyacht Majesty 120. The first hull is now under construction in the UAE and will be launched in 2020. This model will become the first Majesty, where all the on-board systems and devices, from the fin stabilisers to folding balconies will be electrically-powered and will not require any use of hydraulics. As Paul Gray, CEO at Gulf Craft, commented “eliminating hydraulic systems around the yacht will lead to less maintenance, fewer opportunities for mechanical failure, decreased noise and the complete elimination of pipes with high-pressure oil around the boat. ”

The shipyard itself is responsible for the exterior design of the Majesty 120 with rather aggressive lines, while the Italian studio Cristiano Gatto Design undertook her interior design. An inventive asymmetric layout allows to accommodate up to 11 guests across 5 cabins and a crew of 7. Other features of the project include a flybridge Jacuzzi and a hybrid beach club convertible, if necessary, to a storage unit for a tender and water toys. According to the shipyard, due to rigorous space optimisation, Majesty 120 will have 30% larger outdoor areas compared to other yachts of similar size.
