Deposit for additional expenses (APA) is payable at the time of repayment of the last payment on the lease. According to the MYBA Terms and Conditions, its size is usually 25% of the total rental price, but in some cases, it can be as high as 30%.
This amount, which is provided to cover the operating expenses accompanying the charter, such as fuel, food and beverages, port fees and other minor expenses, is transferred to the captain before the rental period begins. The captain provides full refueling of the yacht with fuel and supplies it with the necessary ship stocks at the time of boarding guests on board. You can request a current expense report at any time during the charter, the captain usually provides a final report at the end of the voyage. If during the voyage the amount of expenses exceeds the previously paid amount, you will need to immediately make payment of an additional amount of money.
All amounts due on bills must be paid before the final disembarkation from the yacht. Of course, the amount remaining at the end of the flight unused will be refunded to you in full.
At your request, transportation to the yacht and back can be arranged by Aberton Yachts or your captain. The cost of such a service will be deducted from the deposit amount.
