Following the 78ft model, Azimut continues to introduce the proven IPS system into its flybridge collection, which, in tandem with the Volvo engine, provides the boat with the following: more interior space, increased maneuverability, minimal noise and vibration levels, and maximum fuel efficiency ( up to 25% economy compared to the shaft line: at a cruising speed of 27 knots, the cruising range is 265 nautical miles).
Comfortable living space on board for the whole family. The new Azimut 53 turned out to have impressive internal volumes; the living area and the kitchen on the main deck are almost on the same level, while the sleeping area was expanded and includes two guest cabins and a spacious master cabin. The main challenge in designing the interior was to bring more light and enhance the feeling of freedom of movement in the cabin. The solution was found with the help of side windows, which, thanks to the absence of vertical pillars, create a feeling of open space and offer panoramic views.
A multi-faceted exterior by Alberto Mancini, available in many vibrant colors. Through a combination of expressive visuals, such as large windows from bow to stern or a horizontal black line at the junction between flydeck and superstructure, the designer has managed to bring dynamics and elegance to the yacht's profile. The flybridge seems to float in the air with its rounded car-inspired outlines.
Thanks to a single ladder connecting the swim platform, the L-shaped cockpit sofa extends and increases in depth, making it more comfortable, and the external locker (or crew quarters) can be accessed directly from the transom. You will find sunbathing areas both in the bow and on the flybridge. Classic dining area is located aft on the flybridge and becomes more versatile with an adjustable table, which turns into a second seating area high above the sea.
The joystick for engines and thrusters control facilitates operation and allows you to easily control the position of the vessel when maneuvering. The captain can comfortably control the vessel at any speed with one hand. When the joystick is activated, the autopilot activates simultaneously. The captain controls the ship by moving the joystick. When the joystick is released, the autopilot engages and maintains heading forward.
Active Trim. Interceptor technology provides a smooth and precise auto mode that handles all trim adjustments automatically to achieve optimal fuel consumption at all speeds, while the Seakeeper NG9 stabilizer ensures a comfortable stay on board both while cruising and at anchor.
